is owned by Don and Jane Harvey. Don is a retired doctor from
San Rafael, California. He purchased this car when it only had
a few miles on it and has managed to hang onto it all these
years, putting about 250,000 miles on it. The car has always
been garaged and well taken care of but with this many miles
and years under it's belt it was needing a complete frame-up
restoration. Don is a collector who has many beautiful restored
items such as Chris Craft wood boats, a Mullins steel boat and
a Ford Phaeton. He also has an eye for quality when it came
to restoring the SL. He did not want any corner cut. When the
car was finished, IT SHOWED. It is truly a beautiful car. |
